Self-Discovery 1:  Celebrating Myself

This workshop promotes positive self-image and wellbeing.  The aim of this workshop is for the participants to become aware of and able to use a series of practical exercises for building self-esteem and confidence, including Storytelling for Self-Discovery.  By the end of the workshop, participants will have a greater awareness of their own successes, strengths, talents and gifts. 

Self-Discovery 2:  Celebrating Myself for Black People

For people of African heritage.  Similar to Self-Discovery 1.  This workshop helps us to discover and explore our cultural inheritance and reinforces a positive sense of cultural identity.  For more about this, see The Key to Confidence. 

Self-Discovery 3:  Transform Your Life

The aim of this workshp is to become more aware of patterns of thought and behaviour which limit us and hold us back, and to have a greater awareness of our potential.  By the end of the workshop, participants should be able to use a series of practical exercises for overcoming blocks and obstacles, and setting and achieving goals.
