A radical, effective way to address

  • gun and knife crime;
  • family breakdown;
  • domestic violence;
  • access to education, and
  • many other issues.

Creative Communication helps us to connect with ourselves and others, connecting from the heart.  It is a very effective way of getting our needs met.

Creative Communication, or NVC, is transforming relationships and changing lives.  It can change yours too.

We have inherited patterns of communicating and relating from our experience of enslavement.  These patterns, which undermine us, are passed down from parent to child, from one generation to the next, until we heal them.  You can read about this in Success Strategies for Black People.

This has been referred to as "Post-Traumatic Slave Syndrome".  This workshop provides practical solutions to this problem.  Click here to read more.

The language we use about ourselves and others which includes judging, blaming and labelling is referred to within NVC as "jackal language".  This is language that disconnects us from others, from ourselves and from life.  For more about this, see Nonviolent Communication
