Nonviolent Communication (NVC) is one of the most effective methods of countering violence. NVC is used to transform situations, including cases of extreme violence.

In these intense times, we need NVC more than ever, at an individual level, at a community level, at a national and international level.

Zhana will hold workshops with any community group or church group.  Click here to contact us to book a workshop urgently.  Please make sure to include your phone number.

Empathy is a highly effective method of getting what you want.  To read more, see How to Get What You Want in Your Relationships

Creative Communication helps us to connect with ourselves and others, connecting from the heart.  It is a very effective way of getting our needs met.

Creative Communication, or NVC, is transforming relationships and changing lives.  It can change yours too.

Have you ever experienced rows, arguments, disagreements, stress and strife, at home or at work, with

  • your partner
  • your ex
  • your children
  • your family
  • your work colleagues?
Do you have chidren who don't do what you want them to do?

Do you have conflicts or difficulties with your children's school or the education authorities?

Have you ever experienced tantrums, tears, frustration, etc.?  If not, you do not need this workshop.

Would you like to experience peace of mind?

Using this ground-breaking method, you can transform your personal and professional relationships to create amazing results.

Improving Relationships/Improving Communication

NVC is a radical, effective way to address
  • gun and knife crime;
  • family breakdown;
  • domestic violence;
  • access to education, and
  • many other issues.
This is not to suggest that Black people are the only ones involved in violent crime.  But these workshops are a resource for people and families of African heritage.

We have inherited patterns of communicating and relating from our experience of enslavement.  These patterns, which undermine us, are passed down from parent to child, from one generation to the next, until we heal them.  You can read about this in Success Strategies for Black People.

This has been referred to as "Post-Traumatic Slave Syndrome".  This workshop provides practical solutions to this problem.  Click here to read more.

When we are feeling most vulnerable, when we are in pain, we are most likely to use language that does not get us what we want.

The language we use about ourselves and others which includes judging, blaming and labelling is referred to within NVC as "jackal language".  This is language that disconnects us from others, from ourselves and from life.  For more about this, see Nonviolent Communication

You can learn highly effective communication skills.  Please join us for this workshop:
