Zhana's guest will be Paulette West MBE, Founder and CEO of g.a.p. network of g.a.p. network (growing aspiring people). Paulette is a High Performing Organisation Manager for Barclays Bank PLC and has 30 years' experience in Leadership and Operations. Through g.a.p. network, she also helps develop and promote positive role models in Black community. She will receive her MBE from the Queen in October.
Economic Self-Empowerment for the Black Community: How can we achieve this? Zhana's guest will be Judith Germain, who mentors and advises CEOs. She defines mavericks as those who are "wilfully independent".
